Onduparaka FC registered their first victory of the season thanks to a hard fought 3-2 victory away to MYDA FC at the King George Memorial Stadium on Friday.

Goals from Living Kabon, Gabriel Matata and Amis Muwonge did the trick for the Caterpillars who lost 8-0 to KCCA FC on match-day two.

For MYDA who are featuring in their debut season in the top-flight, Ibrahim Nsimbe scored both of their goals on the day they lost their second game in as many contests.

MYDA started the game strongly and tool the lead inside five minutes through Nsimbe.

However, their lead lasted only 10 minutes before Kabon equalized for the visitors on 15 minutes.

Four minutes to the break, Onduparaka turned the game on its head with Matata putting the in the lead.

Five minutes after half-time, the Arua based side increased their lead to 3-1 as Amis nodded home from close range.

MYDA ensured a nervy end to the contest as Nsimbe converted from the spot to bring the contest to within a goal.
