KAMPALA – Express FC have continued their signing spree on Friday, August 28.

The Red Eagles who have already signed six players, added Baker Sakah to their fold.

Sakah, who is just 19 years of age, signs as a free agent from Zana High School.

The winger who is understood to be blessed with blistering pace, described the move as a ‘dream come true’.

“Firstly, I would like to thank the club for giving me this opportunity, for me it’s a dream come true and my biggest achievement in my career so far,” Sakah told Express FC website after putting pen to paper.

“I know what’s at stake and I can’t wait to get started, the fans should expect hard work and consistency.”

Sakah joins the likes of Denis Otim, Cryspus Kusiima, Richard Wasswa, Godfrey Lwesibawa and Abel Etrude as the new players at Wankuluku.

Having released over 15 individuals in the off-season, the Red Eagles are expected to sign more players before the season starts.

Last season, the six-time Uganda Premier League winners finished 9th with 31 points from 25 games.

They are eyeing a first league crown since 2012.
