Eibar narrowly lost 1-0 away at high-flying Sevilla on Monday night and sit 6pts above the relegation zone heading into Thursday’s clash with Leganes.
The visitors won 1-0 away at bottom of the table Espanyol on Sunday but remain in the relegation places and even a win wouldn’t lift Leganes out of the bottom three this week.
When these two sides met for their reverse league fixture in November, hosts Leganes took the lead through En-Nesyri but ended up losing the match 2-1 after Charles equalised in the first-half and Kike netted the winner for Eibar with six minutes left on the clock.
With two wins, two draws and two defeats from their last six league games, Eibar head into Thursday’s clash as the form favourites, due to Leganes losing three, drawing two and only winning once of their last six outings.
Eibar have secured four wins and a draw from their last five competitive matches against Leganes and play their best football at home.
The hosts have won seven and drawn two of their 17 home games this season while Leganes have struggled for wins on the road, losing nine and drawing six of their 17 away trips.
Eibar have only failed to pick up points in two fo their last six league games while Leganes have dropped points in five of their last six outings, so you can see just why we’ve backed the hosts with a double chance bet this Thursday.
Eibar are unbeaten in their last five league games against Leganes. Leganes have only won one of their last six league matches. Eibar have won seven and drawn two of their 17 home games. Leganes have lost nine and drawn six of their 17 away games.

Mallorca suffered a 3-0 defeat away at Atletico Madrid last time out and remain third from bottom in La Liga. Levante played out a 1-1 draw at home to Real Sociedad and moved onto 43pts for the campaign and are now unbeaten in their last three league games.
When these two sides locked horns in November for their reverse league fixture, Levante claimed a narrow 2-1 win and finished the game with ten-men.
Marti put the hosts in front early in the second half but Rodriguez equalised for Leganes in the 65th minute, only for former Blackburn midfielder Rochina to win the game for Levante a mere 8-minutes later.
The visitors haven’t lost any of their last seven competitive and non-competitive matches against Mallorca and head into the game as the form favourites.
Levante have claimed points in five of their last six league games while Mallorca have dropped points in five of their last six matches, so you can see why we’re confident that the visitors will secure at least a point on Thursday.
Mallorca have dropped points in ten of their 17 home games this season but have performed much better at home than on the road. Levante have only won four of their 17 away games which is why we have gone with a double chance bet rather than backing an outright win or draw on the form favourites.
Levante are unbeaten in their last five competitive matches against Mallorca. Mallorca have lost four and drawn one of their last six league games. Levante have won two and drawn three of their last six league games. Both teams have scored in three of Mallorca’s and four of Levante’s last six matches.

Athletic Bilbao lost 1-0 at home to Real Madrid on Sunday and now sit 8th in the table on 48pts, while Sevilla extended their unbeaten run in all competitions to 13 matches as they beat Eibar 1-0 at home.
Thursday’s visitors are 2pts off 3rd spot and still have their sights set on a Champions League place this season.
When these two clubs met in January for their reverse league fixture they drew 1-1 and the points were shared. Capa put Atheltic Bilbao in front in the 15th minute but a Nunez penalty on the hour mark saw the game end all square.
Both teams have picked up the same amount of points in their last six league games (10) but Sevilla edge the form guide with two wins and four draws from their last six matches compared to Bilbao’s three wins, one draw and two defeats.
Six of the duo’s last seven encounters in league and cup have produced under 2.5 goals, as have four Bilbao’s and four of Sevilla’s last six outings in La Liga.
Under 2.5 goals have been produced in a whopping 82% of Athletic Bilbao’s home games so far this season and only 29% have seen both teams score.
Sevilla have won three of their last six matches against Bilbao and eight games on the road in La Liga this season, while the hosts have lost four times at home.
