For Maroons FC, they required penalties to overcome a spirited Young Elephants side at the Olwio St. Mark Ground in Nwoya.
After a goalless draw in normal time, Douglas Bamweyana’s side were on hand to win the shoot-out 4-1.

Kitara won their duel with Six Oclock 4-2 on penalties following a 1-1 draw in normal time.
Just like Kitara, Kiboga also required penalties to take care of Ggaba 3-1 after drawing 0-0 in 90 minutes in the game played at Buziga Islamic playgrounds.
