Onduparaka became the third side to reach the semi-finals of the 2019 Pilsner Super, on Sunday.

The Caterpillars who fielded Vitalis Tabu-who was making a return to his boyhood club after four years away-won 4-3 on penalties after a 0-0 draw in normal time.

Tabu was one of Onduparaka’s players who scored from the spot along with Malish Jamal, Dudu Ramathan and Amisi Muwonge.

For Tooro, Paddy Muhumuza and Godfrey Lwesibawa missed from 12-yards to lose the contest.

Tooro now drop to the placement fixtures where they will fight to finish either 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th.

For Onduparaka, they join Vipers and Mbarara City in the last four.

Vipers defeated Proline 1-0 on Wednesday while Mbarara were 2-0 winners at home to URA FC, two days later.

The remaining last 8 fixture will see Wakiso Giants host KCCA FC at the Wakisha Resource Center on Tuesday.
