It is understood that Lule will be unveiled on Monday at the StarTimes Stadium in Lugogo, the same day he will be introduced to the players.
The Proline head coaching role fell vacant last week after the club announced the departure of Bisaso.
Bisaso is set to fly out of the country to Sweden where he will be undertaking further coaching studies.
Under his guidance, Proline secured the League (Big League) and Cup double last season and also participated in the CECAFA Kagame Cup, for the first time in their history.
It will be an uphill task for Lule to replicate Bisaso’s success but the former Cranes assistant has bags of experience that can help push the team forward.
He has previously coached at Entebbe FC, KCCA FC, Express FC and Stand United of Tanzania.
Lule begins work immediately and will be assisted by first-team coach Baker Mbowa and assistant coaches Luyima Richard and Goal Keeping Coach Swaibu Ssebagala.
His first task will be to ensure that Proline preserves their 3-0 lead against Malawi’s Master Securities in the CAF Confederations Cup.
