CECAFA Kagame Cup 2019

Proline Vs Heegan FC

Monday, 08-07-2019 @2pm

KIGALI – Proline FC will be back in action today (Monday) when they face Somalia based club Heegan FC in the CECAFA Kagame Cup held at the Kigali Stadium Nyamirambo.

Both clubs lost their opening games and this will be one interesting match to watch as the two fight for survival at the tournament.

Proline lost 1-0 to Rwandan side, APR whereas Heegan were disciplined by Zambian club Green Eagles 2-0.

Proline head coach Shafic Bisaaso says that his boys are doing a good job and they hope to win.

“My boys have trained well, so I believe they are in the right frame of mind to face Heegan FC. Bisaaso said.

He also added and said Heegan is a little bit tricky because they lost their opening match and they will come into this clash wanting to win.

“The team is a little bit tricky because they lost their first game so we shall not under look them regarding the fact that they have played in the CECAFA tournament before” he added.

Proline FC will be without Ajuna but the head coach hopes Saaka Mpiima will be the right replacement for him.

Proline is pitted in group C alongside Rwandan club APR,  Green Eagles for Zambia and Heegan FC for Somalia.
