KENYA – Former Vipers forward, Erisa Ssekisambu has completed a move to Kenya premier league (KPL) giants, Gor Mahia.

Ssekisambu is believed to have signed a two-year deal that will see him at the 17-time record KPL winners until the close of the 2019/20 season.

The development was confirmed by his agent Ronnie Santos.

“Yes, Erisa Ssekisambu has signed a two year deal with Gor Mahia, the best club in Kenya, said Santos.

“I wish him the very best in his future endeavors.

Ssekisambu leaves Uganda with two league titles, the first coming during his time at Express FC and the latest in Vipers SC winning season last.

At the close of last season, Ssekisambu became a free agent after his contract with the Venoms expired and negotiations to renew it never materialized.

He becomes the second Uganda to join Gor Mahia in a month following Shafick Batambuze’s move from Tanzanian side, Singida United.
