WANKULUKUKU – Express FC host stubborn BUL at Wankulukuku stadium in the Uganda premier league on Tuesday.

Kefa Kisaala faces his former employers for the first time in the top flight since he quite the Jinja based club and was replaced by Peter Onen.

Express have won one of their first three games, losing to Mbarara City in the other and drawing against URA.

For Bul, they travel to Wankulukuku having won two and lost one of their opening three encounters.

What the coaches are saying:

Kefa Kisaala; (Express FC).

“Am not worried about the injuries I have on the team, I know my boys will win this match.”

“Am going to play the team I once trained, so it’s not going to be an easy game but we are home so we are going to play and get the three points.

Peter Onen;(BUL FC). 

“Am going to play my former colleague, it’s not going to be an easy one but we have travelled all the way to Kampala not to lose but to win.”

“We haven’t lost any away game and I know we are going to win this match, my players have trained well I believe they will fight.”

Team news:

Kisala will be without midfielder Badiru Nsubuga and striker Ruben Kabuye who have injuries.

Express will look up to the trio of Tony Odur, Michael Birungi and Ibrahim Kayiwa who scored against Police on their last encounter.

Hamis Tibita, Villa Oromchan and Daniel Shabena are expected to lift Peter Onen’s side in a hunt for the third win of the season.

BUL FC has won the most meetings in the previous 14 league encounters with Express winning 6 and drawing 4. Express has only won on 4 occasions.

BUL FC is currently 5th with 7 points while Express FC is 9th with 4 points.
