NAIROBI – Uganda’s High Commissioner to Kenya Ms. Phoebe Otaala has Wednesday survived an accident at Kimwanga along the Eldoret-Malaba Highway in Kenya.
Her deputy Nathan Ndobooli confirmed the development saying that “It is true she was involved in an accident but we are still finding out details.”
“We are trying to get her the necessary medical attention,” he added.
The envoy, Ms Phoebe Otaala was rushed to a nearby hospital after her car hit a vehicle in front of her, sending the car into a skid.
Ms. Otaala is the Tororo district NRM Vice Chairperson and wife of Dr Emmanuel Otaala, the former State Minister of Health for Primary Care.
