KAMPALA — The Ministry of Education and Sports under the umbrella of Uganda Nurses and Midwives Examination Board has on Friday , March 1, released the latter’s 2019 examination results.
The 28th series of examinations were conducted from the 2nd to the 13th of December 2019.
A total of 45,029, candidates with 70% female and 30% male from the 103 accredited Nursing and Midwifery training institutions were presented in the year 2019, compared to the 40,141 candidates presented in 2018.
189 candidates passed at distinction level while 1,364 passed at credit level and 491 at pass level.
Minister of Higher Education, Hon. J.C Muyingo officiated at the release of the UNMEB 2019 results.
