KAMPALA – The Kampala International University (KIU) will on November 16, hold its 21st graduation ceremony at their Kansanga main campus along Ggaba Road starting at 7:00 am.

Kampala International University (KIU) has a branch in Ishaka-Bushenyi in Western Uganda, another one in Tanzania (now an autonomous university known as Kampala International University in Tanzania-KIUT) and yet another in Nairobi Kenya.

The university was established in 2001 and since then, KIU has impacted Uganda and the East African region with a wide range of academic programmes.

The Vice-Chancellor is quoted on the university’s website to have said the institution is growing fast, attributing the growth to the vision and zeal of the Board of Trustees, the University Council, and a steadfast management team. He said they aim to see that the university reaches new heights not only in Uganda but also in the entire African region as a university of repute.

KIU has been consistently ranked among Uganda’s top universities with high quality education and a diverse culture together with the largest teaching and referral university hospital which offers a variety of courses in health science.

The university also has a wide offering of certificate, diploma, bachelors and masters programmes.
