KAMPALA – Police at Makerere University have in custody a man on charge of burglary.
Luke Owoyesigyire, the Deputy Spokesperson Kampala Metropolitan says a one Dembe Dumba was caught red-handed in the ceiling board of the School of Forestry where he was hiding after stealing laptops and others gadgets.
“He was found in possession of seven laptops and several hard drives he had taken from the offices,” said Owoyesigyire in a statement.
Dumba, according to Owoyesigyire is detained at Makerere Police Station on allegations of theft.
