Police detain teacher for defiling primary five pupil

MARACHA– Police has arrested a 29-year-old teacher on allegations of defiling a 14-year-old, primary five girl in Maracha District.

Muzamil Bondo, a primary seven teacher of Meki primary school is being detained by Maracha police in Yivu Sub County for allegedly having committed the case the offence on Friday, November 2, Kizito Odama, a brother to the victim claims.

Bondo has since denied sleeping with the teenager despite medical tests carried in Oleba health center III indicating that girl was penetrated into.

Bondo is expected to be arraigned before courts of law over a case of aggravated defilement once investigations are complete.

Nick Angundua, the father to the victim says he will not accept out of court settlement of the case.
