BREAKING! LoP Betty Ochan fine after nasty accident in Gulu

KAMPALA- The Leader of Opposition in Parliament Betty Aol Ochan has on Monday, June 15 morning been involved in a minor accident in Bobi town in Omoro district.

Ms Ochan who doubles as the Gulu woman MP was coming to Kampala from Gulu with his driver Denis Nono, among other relatives with the LOP’s official vehicle registration number UG0346H.

The incidence happened today at 7; 00am.

According to Mr. Nono the driver, before their vehicle headed to their direction it is reported that a double cabin pick-up made a turn at Bobi Frontiers without indicating and this is when they collided damaging the areas around the left front head lamp and the guard of the car.

The LOP’s escort car was not involved in the incident as it was behind.

Nono the driver, says no one has been injured in the incident and the LOP was driven back home in Gulu in the police vehicle.

Ms Ochan’s official vehicle was badly damaged.
She wrote: “I have survived a nasty accident, together with my team as we were coming from Gulu to Kampala in Bobi, Gulu. We thank the Almighty God for protecting us all. Everyone I travelled with is safe and in good state. Indeed, he is faithful, and He will never leave us, nor forsake us”.

She is reportedly out of danger.
