COVID-19 CRISIS: Health Ministry driver arrested for misusing ministry’s vehicle

Police media boss Fred Enanga revealed the arrest of the health ministry driver (PHOTO/File).

KAMPALA – One of the Ministry of Health drivers whose identity has been withheld has been arrested for taking advantage of the vehicle to transport family members to go for the introduction.

Police spokesperson CP Fred Enanga made the revelation while addressing the nation of the security update on Monday, April 13 at Uganda Media center.

“13 people are in our custody and the car will be handled over to another driver,” he said.

On curfew enforcement, Enanga said “We expect to be guided by the President and Ministry of Health on the curfew which has to end tomorrow morning.”
