KAMPALA —Mr. Thabo MBEKI, the former President of South Africa, will tomorrow Tuesday 22nd October 2019 deliver a keynote address at the 2nd Annual International Conference on Governance and Service Delivery for Developing Economies organized by the Uganda Management Institute (UMI).
President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, will be the Chief Guest at this International Conference that will take place under the theme : “Accountability , Innovation and Quality in Public Service Delivery.” at the Hotel Africana.
The First lady and Minister for Education and Sports Hon. Janet Museveni, will also be in attendance as well as other Ministers, Senior officials and Members of the Diplomatic Corp.
Mr. Mbeki arrived this afternoon and was received at the Entebbe International Airport by Hon. Dr. John Chrysostom Muyingo (MP) Minister of State for Higher Education, H.E. Major-Gen. (Rtd) Lekoa Solly Mollo, the South African Ambassador to Uganda and officials of the Uganda Management Institute (UMI)
