RUBIRIZI – Joint operations by police and military from Kasese have on Wednesday, August 28, blocked former FDC president Col. Kiiza Besigye, and party president, Patrick Amuriat on their way to Kyambura in Rubirizi district.

These were blocked alongside other FDC politicians including Ingrid Turinawe who were travelling from Kasese heading for Kyambura to visit victims of the recent petrol tank inferno which claimed over 20 lives.
