KAMPALA —Nobert Mao’s 19-year old son who went missing on weekend has been found alive after hours of frantic search.

Mr. Moa, the Democratic President General has Thursday August 29 morning confirmed on his Facebook page that his teenager Nicholas Hope Mao has been found alive and well.

“We have found Nico! I give the highest form of praise one can give the Living God. Nico is well,” he said.

“The time was 55 minutes past midnight. We found him asleep. His guitar leaning on the wall. His host (a cousin) said he wanted some time alone to reflect,” his father added.

Mr. Mao explained that his cousin said that the teenager had written a note he wanted dropped at [Mr. Mao] home to let the family know that he was fine “but alas the heavy downpour frustrated his plans.”

The Democratic Party President Mao has thanked all concerned people from all walks of life in Uganda and abroad offered support.

Mr. Mao on Monday this week made a report to the Uganda Police about his son Nicholas Mao who left home in the company of a friend and had not returned since.

He said the friend he went with was unknown to the family.

Nicholas, 19, successfully completed his A Levels at Vienna College in July and is on vacation.
