BUSABALA- Police leadership has issued stringent guidelines to ensure sanity at the much anticipated Kyarenga concert scheduled for today (Saturday) at the One Love Beach Busabala

Police in a statement on Friday banned processions to and from the concert venue including political comments.

Police also demanded full access to the venue to ensure the security of levelers.

Kampala Metropolitan Area spokesman Luke Owoyesigire said the purpose of the concert is to launch the music album and for entertainment only and not a political gathering.

Police further tasked the event organizers to ensure that there is “no use of drugs, open sex and any other act considered immoral or unacceptable by the culture and laws of the people of Uganda.”

“In the event of the breach of contract of any or a combination of the above conditions, the government reserves the right to call off the event without notice,” said Owoyesigyire.
