KAMPALA – Few days ago, social media was awash with photos of singer John Kasada better known by his stage name John Blaq in a white suit stained in blood. Fans went on to wish the singer a quick recovery as the photos seemed to show that the singer was involved in a car accident.

The ‘Obubadi’ singer has finally dropped the video he was working on to show his fans that he is fine and wasn’t involved in an accident as earlier thought by many.

The video starts with John Blaq coming out of a car that had just crashed in the woods and we see him following a woman. In the video, the singer seems not to be fine as he is portrayed walking unstably.

In the song, John Blaq is also heard requesting and pleading to be best friends with his crush so that he can know more about her. He also asks her not to be like the other girls.

The pictures that were trending were taken while he was shooting the video for his latest banger, ‘Don’t Be Like’ and yesterday, the celebrated singer finally dropped the highly anticipated music video.

John Blaq dropped ‘Don’t Be Like’ audio which was recorded at Diggy Baur’s Makindye based Sabula Records last month and continues to thrive under own management.

The unique and colorful video that was shot in Mabira forest in Buikwe District by Pest of Grate Make Films is now available on African Boy’s YouTube channel and has so far it has garnered almost 10,000 views in just less than a week.

John Blaq has been one of the successful musicians of his generations with a unique style and a number of hits to his name. 2019 was a ripe year for the singer as he was arguably one of the bestselling artists at the time.
