Their highly anticipated music video of ‘Bingi’ has finally been released after a week of hype after a leaked trailer gave the fans a reason to look forward to it.
The video that that was dropped yesterday has the popular series Money Heist-inspired visuals.
The appropriately shot video shows the two artistes doing their best to act in their respective scenes.
‘Binji’ is a Luganda word translated to mean “much/many”. In the song, two of some of the most talented and consistent Ugandan artistes, Fik Fameica and Lydia Jazmine, link up to give us some good vibes.
The song, officially owned by Lydia Jazmine, is a love song with an interesting love story depicted by the two singers who are rumored to be dating in the visuals directed by Sasha Vybz. They portray a gangster lifestyle of a couple on a heist.
Their chemistry in the video is undeniable as both singers looked smitten.
The audio was worked on by Smart Keys and the outfits were provided by Tazibone Solomon and hair styling by Rianhairz.
While premiering the video at Red Terrace Lounge, Fik Fameica and Jazmine hinted that they spent over Ugx 30 million to shoot the video.
“We shall not disclose the amount. It is private but it was over Ugx 30M,” they said.
