KAMPALA: Celebrated Ugandan events promoter, Balaam Barugahara on Wednesday evening aided to bury the hatchet between Jose Chameleone and Vision Group journalist Josephat Seguya.

The duo started beefing after Chameleone attacked Josephat at local artist Catherine Kusasira’s introduction ceremony in Luweero last month, claiming that Josephat was defaming him in the media which was making him (Chameleone)  lose his fan base and other opportunities.

Josephat later claimed to have been attacked by goons sent by the Leone Island boss at his home in Nateete, later opening a case at Katwe Police Station for assault and threatening his life.

The new father, Chameleone, later apologised for his actions on social media in a video where he appeared with socialite Bryan White stating that, to err is human and he would never repeat the same.

Sources close to the motor-mouthed journalist and Chameleone however disclosed to PML Daily that the bickering between these two started when Seguya stopped speaking well of Chameleone, a job he was paid to do sighting low pay and demanding for a raise which he didn’t get.

‘The unnecessary fight between these two brothers and clan mates has been buried, thanks to God I was able to reconcile them. Thanks Chameleone and Josephat for having forgiving hearts and good intentions for each other.’ Balaam stated.
