Police in Rubaga last night arrested local star Julius Buyinza alias Barbie Jay after he was found allegedly having sex in a Toyota Mark 11 with an unidentified female.
Barbie Jay was found shirtless seated at the back of the car with the female naked as well and when asked what he was doing, he said he was waiting for a friend to go perform somewhere.
They were later detained at Rubaga Police Station.
Barbie Jay’s wife last week had a baby boy.
