OTTAWA – Sensational gospel singer Julie Mutesasira over the weekend reunited with her three children in Canada after almost three years of both parties talking virtually.

Julie and Pastor Steven Mutesasira were married for quite a long time and they had three children together but their marriage failed to work out leading to their divorce in 2016.

The singer later relocated to Canada in 2017 and left behind her three children under the care of their father.

It is alleged that following her divorce, Julie rushed to the United States before connecting to Canada to unite with her new female lover whom she later walked down the aisle ad now living as husband and wife.

For about four years, Esther, Elizabeth and Ezekiel had endured their parents’ broken marriage and not set an eye on their mama ever since she divorced their dad thereby running away to Canada, where she allegedly got married to a fellow woman.

Despite being skies away from each other, the ‘List Ya Mukama’ singer still had that hope of seeing her children once again so as to share the sweet bondage as a biological family.

Her hope finally came to reality over the weekend when she reunited with her family who jetted into Canada for a music show fully paid by the Dominion Churches International.

Through her socials, Julie applauded the Almighty for not letting her down even during her trying moments as she rubbed shoulders with family.

After winning the inaugural East Africa’s Got Talent (EAGT) competitions in Nairobi, Kenya last year, Julie’s children Ezekiel and Esther Mutesasira revealed that they were missing their mother and wanted to meet her again after some good years without staying with her.

Ezekiel said they were planning to use the cash prize to first give tithe to God, build a home for the disabled and orphaned children and use the remaining money to process the required travel documents to Canada, to visit their mother Julie.
