KAMPALA – Socialite Judith Heard has been at the helm of Uganda’s social scene for almost a decade.

Over these years, she has covered magazines (both local and international) and newspapers with sensational stories like her nudes, exciting sense of style, flopped parties among others.

Latest is that the stunning socialite was nominated to represent Uganda at Miss Elite World pageant in Egypt where she will battle 31 other contestants from different countries like Morocco, Kenya, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, India, Colombia, Lebanon among others.

The 34 year old mother of 3 will be competing with contestants who are still in their 20s and this might be the first time in history that a contestant above 29 years runway limit competes with contestants who are still in their 20s.

This norm will be defied because Judith Heard was the only nominated representative from Uganda at the first ever Miss Elite pageant.

In her what we may call her submissions for the pageant, Heard noted that she has been following the latest news concerning rape and sexual assault in Egypt and it was exemplary how the government and the people of Egypt are pushing to give justice to those victims.

“We grew up through rape and other social injustices in Uganda. This situation inspired me to start an advocacy campaign named DAY ONE https://dayoneug.com to combat rape and sexual assault in Uganda. Due to our work and perseverance, we are inspiring people in Uganda and Africa at large to stand up and speak about it,” she stated.

Judith Heard will be battling for the crown with 31 other contestants who are elite top models, singers, actresses, previous Miss Universes and influencers.

Miss Elite World 2020 is an international Beauty Pageantry with contestants from all over the world set to hold its inaugural edition from December 3 to December 11, 2020

For Judith Heard, it has always been a dream to share her story through modeling, showcasing art and now pageantry.
