KAMPALA – The feeling of any father not having access to their children is surely a difficult feeling to explain.
Well singer George Williams Kigozi aka Geosteady is the person that can best explain what it feels like because he is currently caught in such a situation.
Geosteady who explains how hard it is for him to leave without his children recently had a nasty breakup with his fiancé Prima Kardashi and he reportedly moved on leaving his children in the care of their mother.
The Blackman Records CEO has however now started missing the companionship of his family. Through his social media platforms, the ‘Viola’ hit maker noted that he almost wept when his eldest daughter in a phone call conversation Sorayah asked if he was coming back home.
“Called my pride Sorayah Williams Kigozi on her maid number saying “Halo baby how are you? She said she was fine! Then asked her ‘how is Solange?’ she said she’s so okay!” Geosteady posted.
The ‘Wakikyenga’ singer added that “Then she asked me, ‘Dad are you coming home tonight or tomorrow morning?’ trust me I nearly cried and just told her I’m coming soon because I couldn’t tell her I don’t know! God help me through please, if all this goes well.”
Geosteady and Prima’s relationship woes became public when the latter accused the former in a video that went viral on social media of breaking into her house and vandalizing her property.
“Geosteady you told me you wanted a peace of mind, I shifted and gave you peace. You came to my house, broke the door and spoilt everything. What have I done to deserve this, why are you so bitter. I have been good, taken care of my children and focused. I have stayed out of the media despite anything but why?” Prima noted in the video.
However, Geosteady through his official social media platforms defended himself claiming to be a victim of domestic violence and called upon internet users to stop judging him.
“Will men ever be victims of domestic violence oba?? Are we even entitled to the same rights as women?? And you who judge and abuse me do you even know what behind the scenes carry?? Think about It,” he said.
Well it is not clear how far the former lovers have gotten in terms of reconciliation to create a good home for their children but we can only hope they mend their ties real soon for the children’s sake.
