KAMPALA – Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Donald Trump and other wealthy people know exactly how much they are worth but not our very own Prophet Elvis Mbonye, Zoe Ministries Lead Pastor.
While being hosted on NBS’s ‘Uncut’ on Wednesday evening, Mbonye said he doesn’t know his worth.
“I don’t know my wealth. I’m so rich and my wealth is still expanding,” he said.
The self-proclaimed prophet further stated that wealth is something he doesn’t pay special attention to.
Whenever he’s attending any function or going for his weekly summons, Elvis Mbonye moves in a convoy of not less than five range rovers but many believe luxurious cars is all he boasts of.
Mbonye has been controversial with his revelations and utterances that draw public reaction and criticism.
Few months ago, Mbonye was the subject of online debate after he claimed that God had told him about the Covid-19 crisis months earlier but he had chosen not to tell his followers nor warn the world about the pandemic before it started ravaging many countries on earth.
“When I got this prophecy about this [Covid-19 pandemic] that we are facing, I thought to myself ‘won’t followers think that it’s a virus just like many others in China,” the Zoe Ministries lead pastor said in a video that went viral online.
But even before the fire from that claim phased out, Mbonye made yet another strange claim. In an interview with journalist Solomon Sserwanja, Mbonye said he had actually fought with Lucifer (the devil) and that he (Satan) was afraid of him after he floored him in a fight.
