KAMPALA-It was a fabulous affair at Bad Black’s birthday party as slay queens and several dudes graced the colourful event, the place was filled with her fans on Friday, July 5 as self -proclaimed socialite Shanitah Namuyimba alias Bad black threw a lavish party to celebrate her 30th Birthday at Kingdom Kampala.
The sumptuous party was a hub for party people that only surface at night leaving one wondering where they are during day time.
As the guests sauntered in, a bevy of beautiful ladies ushered them in as making their entrance on the red carpet; they posed for photos at the back drop and later headed for Ciroc cocktails.
At about 10:30pm, the Snap chat queen arrived clad in a glamorous black dress made of fur that swept the ground, as she strolled in after being dropped off at the venue by an entourage comprising of five cross-country Mercedes Benz cars all customised with personalised number plates that had her name “Bad Black” inscribed on them. As soon as she entered at the reception, the soulful-crooner King Saha was in full gear to usher her in with his melodic vibes and hard-hitting club bangers.
The highlight of the night was the musical interlude by Jose Chameloene and Maddox Sematimba which got all the guests off their seats to take photos as they danced along to the music, the birthday “girl” was later joined on stage by Lydia Jazmine to sing a birthday song in her honour.
Bad Black later on, thanked the guests for coming through to celebrate with her and sparing their time to enjoy her birthday.
“I am very glad to see all of you, and I love you! Making 30 years is not easy but I thank God. You are very smart, I talk a lot but sometimes I don’t mean it, I do it out of love and I urge you to have a good heart.” she remarked.
During the gifts hand-over session, the city socialite Don Nasser offered her cash worth UGX 10M as a simple token to celebrate her birthday.
The night was hosted by MC Kats and Esco who did a fantastic job. The party attracted renown artists such as Rabadaba, Lydia Jazmine, King Saha, Nina Roz, Grenade official and other socialites like; Meddie Ssentongo, Don Nasser, and many fashion designers among others.
Music lovers gyrated to sound compilations by DJ Baby love and Selector Jay both of whom were on the decks to roll the keep the crowd hyped up till the wee hours of the morning.
