KAMPALA – City businessman Rajiv Ruparelia on Monday evening unveiled the Kitante luxurious Speke Apartments, in Kampala.
Mr. Rajiv Ruparelia, the Managing Director of Ruparelia Group, and wife Naiya, were joined by his sister Sheena Ruparelia during at a glamarous opening function in Kampala.

Mr. Rajiv Ruparelia said the housing project will serve both long-term and short-term guests.

He said the starting rooms at promotion will go for $110 but will go up to $150 a night.
After the promotion, accommodation daily rates for one bedroom apartment will be $130 and $2,000 monthly.
A two bedroom apartment goes for $160 daily and $2,500 monthly.
A two bedroom superior apartment goes for $180 daily and $2,800 monthly.
