Crane Management Services, have added another magnificent building to their collection of properties in the city with the opening of a 16,000 square metre showroom building in Industrial Area.
Opened by CMS managing director Rajiv Ruparelia, the building on 5th Street Industrial Area is ready for occupation and going to work as a showroom for industrialists and manufacturers.
At the grand opening on Thursday, Mr Rajiv said the building offered another opportunity for members of the informal and industrial sectors to acquire spaces to showcase their products.
According to Rajiv, the Ruparelia group has intensified efforts to solve housing challenges in the country.
The building with spacious parking room that can accommodate up to 50 cars, is an addition to other properties like Hardware City on Entebbe road, Kampala Boulevard on Kampala road, Market Plaza on Market Street and Speke Apartments on Wampeewo Avenue in Kololo, owned and managed by CMS.
