Paidah Black Angels Vs Bright Stars

Green Light Stadium- Arua

Saturday @4:30pm

ARUA – New league entrants Paidah Black Angels host Bright Stars at the Green light Stadium in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.

This is going to be the first competitive encounter between the two teams, Paidah having qualified for the top flight earlier this year.

In their last games, Bright Stars drew at home to Express (1-1) while Paidah was defeated 2-1 by defending champions Vipers SC at Kitende.

What the coaches are saying:

Fred Kajoba Bright Stars).

“Our target has always been to win the matches ahead of us, so we believe that we hall get the three points.

“I have many players to win every match.

Mohammad Kisekka (Paidah)

“We are going to make sure we defeat Bright Stars because we have the home advantage.

“We have trained well and I trust my boys will pull out the same performance we had in the last fixture.

Team news.

The visitors will look up to their inspirational captain Nelson Senkatuka who has scored 5 goals so far together with roving left back Dan Birikwalira who scored one and assisted twice in the league so far.

For the Blacks, they will dwell upon players like Jackson Nsubuga, goalkeeper John Kalumba, Cromwel Rwothomio, Ceaser Olega, Muhammed Kasirye, Yudah Mugalu, South Sudanese international Bernard Agele and former Vipers’ hit man Julius Malingumu for inspiration.

Match facts.

Kajoba’s side sits in 4th position with 15points and in case they win away.

For Paidah Black Angels, they are bottom of the league with only 4points in as many matches played. A win for Paidah might see the team moving out of the red zone.
