KAMPALA – Express FC has received a major boost ahead of the 2020/21 season.
The Wankulukuku based side has seen their partnership with Betway Uganda extended by the further one year.
The partnership which is valued at UGX 420m was announced at a glamorous function held at Hotel African on Monday, November 16.
This was in presence of some of the Express FC board members including Aiden Kateregga, Mark Ssali, Henry Njuba and Paul Kaheru.
The new partnership will cater for stadium naming right, kit sponsorship, support for the players, technical team and secretariat, a leverage package which includes fans CSR plus Skills development.
It was also announced that Betway Uganda will cater for a gym where the Red Eagles will be able to work-out from all season-long.
In addition to the above, Express FC will also be able to receive a UGX 500,000 shs bonus for every away win, next season

At the same event, Express FC launched their kit for the 2020/21 season.
The kit was designed by a Moroccan designer-Hamza Elkayal who won the club’s ‘DESIGN A KIT’ competition that took place in July. The kit was then further developed by Umbro who are Express FC’s kit manufacturer.
The Red Eagles will done an all Red kit at home while the away kit is all White. The goalkeepers will done an all Yellow kit.
Express FC have also unveiled a Blue kit as well as another which is all Black which will be used in the due-course of the season.
The training kit is all Red, the camp kit is a White shirt and Red shorts. The club also unveil their track-suit which features a Red jacket and black trousers.
Last season, Express FC finished 9th with 31 points from 25 games.
