Real Betis vs Osasuna
Estadio Benito Villamarin, Seville
Wednesday, 08-07-2020 @9:30pm

Real Betis have lost three and drawn two of their last six league games. Osasuna have won three and drawn one of their last four league games.

Real Betis picked up a decent point away at Celta Vigo last time out courtesy of a 1-1 draw, which keeps the gap between those two clubs at 3pts, while Osasuna played out a goalless draw at home to Getafe and sit 11th in the table.

These two sides last locked horns in September for their reverse league fixture where the pair produced a 90-minutes that won’t live long in the memory, with the scoreline ending 0-0.

Osasuna sit 7pts above Real Betis and head into Wednesday’s clash as the form favourites with three wins, one draw and two defeats from their last six league games.

Osasuna have picked up three wins and a draw from their last seven games against Real Betis, with that draw arriving when the pair met earlier in the season.

The visitors are unbeaten in their last four matches and have won their last two away games.

Real Betis have dropped points in nine of their 17 home games so far this season and have only managed to win one of their last six league games, while Osasuna have claimed points in 12 of their 17 away games and will be confident they can secure another positive result on Wednesday.

Getafe vs Villarreal

Getafe drew 0-0 away at Osasuna on Sunday and have now only won one of their last five matches while Villarreal lost 4-1 at home to Barcelona, but their good run of results since June has seen the club move above Getafe in the race for the European places.

When these two clubs met for their reverse league fixture in December the hosts Villarreal claimed a 1-0 win thanks to a second-half strike from Moi Gomez.

Villarreal head into the latest meeting between the two clubs as the clear form favourites having secured four wins and a draw from their last six league games.

The visitors have picked up three wins and one draw from their last six matches against Getafe, earning a win and a draw in their pairs’ last two encounters.

Getafe have only won one of their last six league games and that will give the visitors plenty of belief that they can come away from Wednesday’s clash with at least a point to show for their efforts.

Getafe have dropped points in nine of their 17 home games so far this season while Villarreal have secured eight wins in their 17 away trips. In terms of a final scoreline, we’re predicting a 1-0 win for in-form Villarreal on Wednesday night.

Villarreal have won four, drawn one and lost one of their last six matches. Getafe have drawn four, lost one and won one of their last six matches. Villarreal have picked up three wins and one draw from their last six games against Getafe.

Villarreal have kept clean sheets in four of their last six matches.

Barcelona vs Espanyol
Estadio Camp Nou, Barcelona
Wednesday, 08-07-2020 @11pm

Espanyol have lost their last five league games. Espanyol have failed to score in four of their last six matches. Barcelona are unbeaten in their last eight matches, five of which have ended in victory.

Barcelona claimed an impressive 4-1 win away at 5th placed Villarreal on Sunday, while Espanyol suffered a demoralising 1-0 defeat at home to fellow relegation battlers Leganes and are now 11pts adrift of safety with just four games of the campaign remaining.

When these two sides last met Lopez put Espanyol in front in the 23rd-minute but goals from Suarez and Vidal saw Barcelona take the lead before the hour mark.

The hosts rescued a rare point against their local-rivals thanks to an 88th-minute effort from Wu Lei as the scoreline ended 2-2.

The hosts have won four of their last six matches against Espanyol and have kept clean sheets in four of those six encounters.

Barcelona head into Wednesday’s clash on the back of three wins and three draws from their last six league games, while Espanyol have lost each of their last five outings and are rooted to the bottom of the table.

Barcelona have won 15 of their 17 home games and are yet to lose at the Camp Nou this season, while Espanyol have already lost ten of their 17 away trips.

The hosts have kept clean sheets in 41% of their home matches so far this season and their guests have failed to score in 47% of their away trips, so you can see why we’re predicting a win and a clean sheet for Barcelona this Wednesday.
