The Futsel Super League 2019/20 second round will get underway on Tuesday 17 at the MTN Arena in Lugogo.
All the six teams will be in action with the biggest fixture pitting leaders Park FC against second-placed Intercity FC.
Park heads into the contest in top spot and pritty much the team that everyone wants to beat.
The leaders were in magnificent form in the first round of games, winning all their fixtures.
They closed it off with a 6-2 victory over Aidenal and will be hoping to take that momentum into the business end of the season.
For Intercity, they are Park’s closest challengers to this season’s title.
However, they sit six points off the pace and know that there is no room for error coming into match-day six.
They will know that the league’s fate is in their hands as a loss on Tuesday may see Park take a gigantic 9-point lead at the top, one that may be too much to close in the end.
In their game five fixture, Inter City beat Kabowa FC 3-1.
In the day’s first contest, there is a direct shootout for third spot.
Third-placed Mengo City will face off against Kabowa who sit a point and spot behind them on the standings.
Mengo were 12-4 winners against Kisenyi in their final game of the first round while Kabowa lost to Intercity.
The final game of the day sees rock-bottom Aidenal against Kisenyi.
This will be a contest between the two worst teams in the league so far with Kisenyi sitting second from bottom.
Mengo City’s Najjibu Muwonge still leads the scoring charts with 8 goals, one ahead of Intercity’s Franco Sunday and Ahmed Omar of Kisenyi.
