Tooro United FC vs Proline FC

St. Paul National Seminary Grounds, Fortportal

Saturday, 09-11-2019 @4pm

After their exit from the CAF Confederation Cup, Proline return to action on Saturday.

The side makes it a long trip to Fort Portal to take on Tooro United in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.

Proline remain the only side with no point in the division. It is not that they have not won a game this season. They have won a pair, but those points passed for a debt after they were docked six points following their failure to honor the fixture against SC Villa.

Last time out, the side lost 1-0 to league debutants Kyetume. They’ll be hoping to make amends when they take on fellow under-performers.

Tooro came out victors the last time these two sides met and they’ll fancy their chances to do just the same tomorrow.

The hosts lost 4-1 to SC Villa in their last league engagement, but they will want to forget that dreadful display and hope to return to winning ways.

They are still without the injured duo of Ibrahim Kayiwa and John Ssemazzi. Timothy Musinguzi has recovered from an in jury that kept him out of the loss to SC Villa but is expected to start on the bench.

Proline’s Mahad Kakooza and striker Alfred Leku will sit out this tie as the two are injured. Another player that Proline will miss is Bright Anukani. The midfielder is with the national team for the Cranes regional tour in the Northeast.

Proline are rooted to the bottom of the table while Tooro sit 12th with 13 points.
