NJERU – BUL FC will host Kyetume FC in one of the two Uganda Premier League games to be played on Friday.
Peter Onen’s side have been impressive this season, occupying second spot on the log after 10 games.
Since the start of the season, Bul have won 6 games and lost just twice.
All departments look to be functioning for the Jinja based side as they have scored the joint second-most goals in the division (14) whilst conceding just 8 at the other end.
However, they come into Friday’s game off a loss and a draw in their last two game as they went down 2-1 at Vipers SC before drawing 1-1 with Bright Stars.
The game at home to Kyetume is one that will prove tricky for Bul as the visitors have proved difficult to overcome.
Kyetume must be in high spirits after a dream start to their debut season in the top flight.
Currently, they sit 7th on the log with 13 points from their first 9 games.
In their last three games, the Slaughters defeated both Bright Stars and Proline 1-0 before they lost 2-1 at home to leaders Vipers SC.
Ever since attaining promotion, Kyetume have proved hard to beat, losing just three games in the process. More impressively, none of those defeats have come by more than a goal.
Kyetume have been formidable at the back and are the only side to concede twice in a single game on only one or fewer occasions.
However, scoring goals has been an issue for George Best Nsimbe’s side and they have found the back of the net on only six occasions so far.

This will be the first-ever competitive meeting between the two sides.
