Losing has somewhat become the order of the day for Big League side Katwe United. The Allan Ssewanyana owned club suffered yet another loss as they were beaten 2-1 by visiting side Paidha Black Angels on Monday in the StarTimes FUFA Big League.

Katwe United fans had hoped to enjoy their Big League stay following their opening day victory, but the excitement was shortened. The side has lost five successive games including today’s.

After finding the net and that goal being ruled out for offside, Katwe went down in the 58th minute through Fanihas Obai’s goal before Livin Kabong doubling the lead with seconds to the end of 90 minutes.

Allan Tebusweke scorer of the disallowed goal netted Katwe’s lone goal in added time, but it came a little late for any come back to be ensured.

That is the fifth loss in a row. It is one that leaves recently appointed coach Allan Kabonge and his boys seated at the bottom of the Elgon group with a paltry four points.

In other results, Kibogo Young drew 1-1 with Light SS while in the Rwenzori group, Kansai Plascon overcame Nyamityobora 2-0.
