KCCA out to fight for a slot in Kagame Cup finals

KCCA Vs Green Eagles

KIGALI – KCCA faces Zambia ‘s based club Green Eagles in the Semi-Finals for CECAFA Kagame cup on Friday at the Kigali Stadium.

KCCA knocked out Rwanda giants Rayon Sports to storm the semis while Green Eagles defeated Gor Maria.

Ahead of the game, KCCA forward Allan Okello is confident that his team will go passed the semifinals and also win the Kagame cup

“We are not afraid of our opponents, we are confident that our team is going to proceed to the Finals” said Okello.

Okello also added and that the whole time is working on utilizing their chances and see that they score more goals.

“The whole Team is working on using the chances and see that we score more goals to boast our confidence” he added

KCCA skipper  Charles Lukwago  said they have prepared for this match like other matches and nothing will change their mindset.

“We have prepared for this match like the other matches have a played so nothing is going to change our mindset.” Lukwago said.

It should be also remembered that Green Eagles ejected Ugandan Club Proline during the group stages.

If KCCA defeats Green Eagles it will play the winner between Azam and ASManiemaUnion of Congo.
