Nyamityobora FC Vs Proline FC

Kakyeka Stadium, Mbarara

Saturday, 19-01-2019 @4pm

MBARARA – FUFA Big league side Proline FC will be taking on Super league team Nyamityobora in the Uganda Cup round of 32 at Kakyeka Stadium in Mbarara on Saturday afternoon.

Unlike circumstances where lower league sides tend to play their hearts out when they face top flight teams, Proline Coach Shafic Bisaso has thinks that he will treat this tie as a normal game.

“We have had enough preparations, like other games. We give respect to our opponents but we are not going out there to prove a point to anyone.  Said Bisaso ahead of the match.

“We will try out a few things here and there, we will try to do things in a perfect way and we will not be playing to die on the pitch.

“We are taking part in Uganda Cup to win our games and we respect all our games but my priority is promotion.

Proline FC will be without Hakim Kiwanuka and Joshua Okiror who are out for a month. Also, goalkeeper Saidi Keni has been ruled out of the game.

Nyamityobora on the other hand have struggled to make ends meet since making it to the top flight. The side, third from the bottom with nine points, have managed to win only two games in the league.

To reach this stage, Nyamityobora ousted East land 3-1 on the road as Proline eased past Light SS by the same scoreline at Lugogo.
