-Paidah Black Angels 0-0 Tooro United

Onduparaka inflicted the heaviest home defeat on Kirinya JSS as Asaph Mwebaze’s side cruised to a comfortable 3-0 victory on Tuesday.

Viane Sekajugo helped himself to a brace while Ceaser Ochuti added the other to propel the Caterpillars to a first away victory of the current campaign.

The Arua based side went ahead as early as the 7th minutes through Ochuti who diverted Hassan Muhamood’s free-kick into the back of the home side’s net.

With 10 minutes of the first half to play, Sekajugo doubled the visitor’s lead, finishing off Solomon Okwalinga’s well waited pass.

Sekajugo completed his brace after a wonderful worked attack in the 65th minute.

Kirinya’s Godfrey Akol and Isma Kawawulo together with Onduparaka’s Richard Ayiko and Sekajugo himself were the players cautioned in the contest.

For the Caterpillers’ assistant coach, Simeon Masaba, he also given matching orders by the referee for improper conduct.

The win take Onduparaka into second position, only a point behind leaders KCCA FC (10) who defeated Bright Stars 2-0 on the same day.

For Kirinya, they now slip to 9th on the log with five points from their first four games.

Onduparaka will play hosts to Bright Stars in their next game on Tuesday while Kirinya will host Vipers on the same day.

In Arua, league debutantes-Paidha Black Angels and Tooro United played out a goalless draw at Green Light Stadium.

Tooro United’s starting IX against Paidah on Tuesday

Simon Okwir came close to giving Tooro United an early lead in the 3rd minute only to be denied by John Kalumba in between the posts of the home side.

Despite efforts by the Paidah to break down Tooro United, their strikers led by veteran striker Yuda Mugalu could not find the all elusive opening strike.

Both sides had to settle for only a point in the end.

The draw means Paidah are now 11th on the log with four points while Tooro are 10th with the same number of points (4).

Tooro United will play Express FC next at Muteesa II War Memorial Stadium in Wankulukuku while Paidha visits Ndejje University on the same date.

The other games played on Tuesday:

-Express FC 0-0 Bul FC

-KCCA FC 2-0 Kirinya JSS
