NAMBOOLE – Uganda Revenue Authority hosts new league entrants Ndejje University at Namboole in the Star Times Uganda Premier league on Friday evening.

It will be the first official competitive meeting between the two sides in the top flight.URA in its first two games has won one (2-0 vs Paidah Black Angels) and drawn the other (0-0 vs Express FC).

For Ndejje, they go into Friday’s encounter having won one and lost the other of their maiden two games in the top flight.

The University side lost 1-0 in their opener away to defending champions-Vipers before overcoming Mbarara City with the same score line.

What the coaches are saying:

Sam Simbwa (URA).

“My players are ready and we have trained well, so I believe the fact that we are playing at home we are going to win this match.

“All we want is to finish among the top four clubs, and to attain that, you have to defeat the new entrants.

Raymond Komakech (Ndejje University)

“We are ready to get our first away win and I believe we are going to beat the Tax collectors.

“My team is in good condition and we have been training hard to see that we win this match.”

“URA are good and experienced but we are focused and will play for maximum points.’

Team news:

Ruben Kabuye is out injured for the hosts while the visitors’ tactician didn’t reveal the injury news insisting he has a team to play.

URA will rely on the services of Tabu Vertalis who scored the two goals against Paidah Black Angels while Ndejje will look out to Sam Matovu the hero who scored the lone goal against Mbarara city.
