Bright Stars drew with Villa in one of their first games

Onduparaka FC host Bright Stars at the Green Light Stadium in Arua as the StarTimes Uganda Premier League continues.

The caterpillars won their recent encounter away to Kirinya Jinja SS (3-0) while Bright Stars lost against KCCA (2-0) at Lugogo.

Both Onduparaka and Bright Stars have each lost one game this season.

What the coaches said,

Asaph Mwebaze (Onduparaka FC)

“We won our last encounter away in Jinja, so this time we are playing at home and it’s a must for us to win this game”

“My players are confident and we have trained well to see that we win this match”

Fred Kajoba(Bright Stars)

“My players are ready to get the three points, so we have to win this game.”

“My focus is not on the absent players, the ones available have to do this job so that we head back to Kampala with a win.”

Team News

Bright stars are without former Onduparaka player Mahad Kisekka and Brian Enzema who are suffering injuries.

Captain Rashid Toha will feature for his side after missing the encounter between Kirinya Jinja SS.

Fred Kajoba will have Nelson Senkatuka who has so far scored three goals for the club, while Onduparaka will look up to on form Viane Sekajugo for their home win.
