LUGOGO – The Uganda Cranes on Wednesday morning lost 3-2 to KCCA in a buildup up game as they intensify preparation for the Cranes regional tour.
Yassar Mugerwa and Joel Madondo were on the score sheet for the side on the day while new recruits Allan Kyambadde netted two and Sulaiman Mutyaba for Mike Mutebi’s KCCA FC.
On Tuesday the cranes attended a non-residential training in preparation for the tour of Eastern Region in Bugiri on Saturday, 4th -08-2018.
Moses Oloya (Ha Noi T&T in Vietnam), Linkoping City FC defender Ivan Bukenya, Yassar Mugerwa and Nicolas Sebwato returned to the National team and were among the players in training and build up game.
The last Cranes tour match was against Kitara and the team could only manage a 2-2 draw with Allan Kyambadde and Dan Sserunkuma on the score sheet in a thrilling encounter played under the watchful eye of hundreds of spectators two weeks ago.
