The Uganda U-20 national team coach Matia Lule has on Wednesday afternoon announced a squad of 18 players that will represent the Nation in Cameroon on Friday.
The Hippos will take on the home side in the second leg after defeating them (Cameroon) 1-0 at Lugogo last Saturday.
The players undertook training on Wednesday in the morning and will resume later in the day before departing.
The contingent including players and officials will depart on Thursday morning at 02.45 am aboard Ethiopian Airlines.
The Cranes defeated South Sudan 8-1 on aggregate in the first phase of qualification to get here.
For Cameroon, it received a ‘By’ to get to the second round of qualification.
Steven Mukwala tops the scoring chats with four goals in three matches and will be looked upon, to take the Hippos to the next stage.
