KAMPALA – A number of hotels in Kampala have declined to host Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Robert Kyagulanyi popularly known as Bobi Wine as he unveils his National Coordinators in People Power.

The popular budding opposition figure has now moved the event to his home at Magere, Wakiso.

People Power spokesperson Joel Ssenyonyi said the many hotels they approached to provide them room declined for obvious reasons, “but we figured out a Plan B.”

He said the press conference slated for today Wednesday July 24 at 10 am will provide answers to a number of questions that have been roaming in the past months.

PML Daily has however learnt from sources that People Power leadership will hold a press conference to unveil the National Coordinators and NRM MPs who have now crossed over into Bobi Wine’s camp.

At least 5 ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) Members of Parliament have agreed to join him to oppose the government.

The MPs include Susan Amero, Silvia Akello, David Abala, John Baptist Nambeshe, James Acidri, Nsamba Oshabe among other who have agreed to take up positions in the People Power cabinet.

Bobi Wine has confirmed the press conference will held at his home.

“All efforts to get a different venue have been frustrated by security agencies intimidating all the venue owners and ordering them not to host any of our functions,” Bobi Wine said.
