MAKINDYE – The Makindye based army court has been filled to capacity as friends and relatives of the former Inspector General of Police Gen. Kale Kayihura await for the court to convene and start the trial of the general.
Gen. Kayihura, will this morning take plea before the GCM chaired by Lt. Gen. Andrew Gutti over charges of failure to execute one’s duties and interfering with the process of the law.
The security at the court is normal as more people storm court to have a look at the incarcerated Gen. Kayihura.
Gen. Kayihura who has been detained at the Makindye Military barracks since he was airlifted from his farmhouse in Kashagama, Lyantonde by the military on June 13.
