MUBS continuing students to resume lectures on Monday 14

KAMPALA – Makerere University Business School (MUBS) Acting School Registrar Eldred Kyomuhangi has revealed that the resumption of lectures for continuing students has been scheduled to commence on Monday, December 14, 2020.

Kyomuhangi noted that this will enable them to complete semester two of the academic year 2019/2020.

“Lectures will end on December 22,2020 and after that examinations will be done in January 2021,” she said in a statement.

Lectures, according to Kyomuhangi will be online but the examinations will be offered in the typical classroom setting.

“Students who may not be able to access the online lectures will be allowed to access a recorded version of the lectures,” said Kyomuhangi.

She said there will be one hour training on how to use the MUBS e-learning platform on Thursday, December 10,2020 and Friday, December 11,2020.

Second year students shall start their final examinations on Monday, January 4,2021 to Tuesday, January 12,2021.

First year students shall start their final examinations on Monday, January 18,2021 until Monday, January 25,2021.

The semester shall end on Friday, January 29,2020.
