Her impressive career has seen her work as a television presenter, radio host, voice-over artist, and emcee. She has also co-hosted several popular shows, including the Guinness Football Challenge and Big Brother Africa.

She left her previous role as a host at 91.3 Capital FM radio in August 2022, citing a desire to stretch her potential and explore new opportunities. Flavia’s background in media began at a young age, presenting on WBS TV’s teen’s club, a show she did with other teens for four years. Between 2010 and 2012, she presented K-files, another program on WBS TV. Since 2011, she has presented the Guinness football challenge, which has been aired on NTV (Uganda) and ITV & KTN (Kenya).
In addition to her television work, Flavia has also had a successful radio career. She had a short stint working as a presenter on HOT100 FM in 2006 before finally settling at Capital FM, where she has been to date. Her time at Capital FM has seen her become a respected voice in the industry, known for her engaging personality and ability to connect with her audience.
