Kampala, Uganda – Victoria University Kampala has entered into a landmark partnership with Himilo University in Somalia to deliver joint postgraduate programmes.
The collaboration brings together two leading institutions to advance higher education in the region. The partnership will introduce a range of postgraduate programmes in key fields, including health sciences, science and technology, and humanities and social sciences.
The joint postgraduate programmes include Master of Science in Sexual and Reproductive Health, Master of Science in Global Health Nutrition, Master of Science in Health Service Management, and Master of Science in Public Health. Additionally, the partnership will offer Master of Science in Big Data Analytics, Master of Science in Cyber Security, Master of Science in Computer Science, and Master of Science in Information Technology. The humanities and social sciences programmes include Master of Arts in Public Administration and Management, Master of Arts in Diplomacy & Global Studies, and Master of Educational Administration and Management.
The partnership aims to deliver world-class education to students in Somalia and the region, leveraging the academic resources of Victoria University and the local expertise and infrastructure of Himilo University.
